We’re hiring photographers. Specifically, Paris & Tokyo  based photographers. Although if you’re based in another big city, don’t be afraid to get in touch, we’ll need your help at some point down the line as well.

We’re upping our original content (to be honest we’re re-upping it to what it used to be a couple of years ago) and while we’ve found more writers, we’re still on the lookout for more photographers. Hit us up with your portfolio at jason@selectism.com

A couple of weeks ago Range Rover celebrated the launch of their new Evoque city car. As part of the launch they interviewed me on the car. unfortunately its in German, but here you go…

We have worked with the good people from Gant by Michael Bastiaan on their new campaign. They have launched today a really dope tool where one can create outfits. Here is my first one, with more to come over the next month or so.

Answer: Easy. Visit the www.hankjobenhavn.com and click the dealer links. You are a bit our of luck if you live in North America. You’ll be calling one of their European dealers for now.

Here’s a complicated one:

We bought a brand new xxxxx secure suitcase (xxxxxx) with numbered locks. Somebody in the office did not follow the instructions correctly when trying to set the combination and the lock is now locked and will not budge. Could you tell me how we can go about to unlock it and start from fresh?

Answer: Our suggestion is to call the case maker and hope for the best! Picking locks sucks and ruining that brand new gorgeous xxxxxx secure case kills me inside a little.

Well, it was time to finally change design and mainly CMS of the site. Hopefully you are as excited as we are. Selectism has been doing great in the past months and we want to thank you for being such loyal readers to the site.

This is only the beginning. We are working on many new features, some you will see in the very near future, others will take a bit longer. But you can be sure that we are constantly working, trying to improve the site and the experience.

Make sure to check out the new Columns (blogs). We are very excited about the line-up of people that joined us here on Selectism. Each one of them will bring a different point of view and different expertise to the table, that will for sure be entertaining.
